Jesus richtete sein Wort von Neuem an die Menschen, die sich um ihn drängten und sagte:

,,Ich bin das Licht für die Welt. Wer mir nachfolgt, braucht nicht im Dunkeln umherirren, denn er wird das Licht haben, das zum Leben führt.”
